In order to keep the forums running well and to prevent problems, please follow these rules for the forums.

If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact either Admin or any of the forum moderators, who will be happy to assist you.

General Rules:

- Registration to this forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.

- While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or insulting other sites. Our decision is final in these matters.

- There is an Infraction system in play here at Redline It works like penalty points. If you do something wrong, you get points. Depending on the situation will determine how many points you get and for how long they stay on your account.

- Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts.

- Discussion of illegal activities such as speeding, drugs, software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed. Do not under any circumstances discuss illegal activities. Our server is subject to Irish and European law. Please do not expose us to any unnecessary legal liability. Should you discuss any illegal activities, you will be banned from Redline

- Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members.

- Please refrain from using text talk. It makes it harder for other members to read the posts.

- Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. Eg... For the for sale/wanted forum, one bump is permitted daily.

- We also do not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate our community standards. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice. The Redline team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

- Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

- If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post.

- Any posts deemed to be self promotion, advertising, or spam can and will be removed. NO SPAM - NO ADVERTISING eg. Posting and making excessive, inappropriate and unnecessary references to your products and websites is self promotion. This excludes official site traders.

- Members are permitted to have one car for sale at any one time. Site traders are excluded from this rule obviously (provided the car belongs to them).

- Posting cars for other people is not allowed under any circumstances.

- We reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules.

- Although the administrators and moderators of Redline Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the owners of Redline will be held responsible for the content of any message.

- By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate of any laws.

- The owners of Redline reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

- Introduce yourself properly or you will be removed or placed in a position requiring you to do it again.

Signatures & Links in signatures (including avatars) must follow these guidelines:

- Linking to a commercial product/service is fine, provided it is not a product or service that competes with a product or service offered by our traders.

- A link and promotional text for a site that is not commercial and does not contain product(s) and/or service(s) is allowed, provided the site is not direct competition, sexual in nature or does not violate our community standards.

- The Redline team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate our community standards. (Examples include sites about drugs and/or sex.)

- We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature or avatar at any time, for any reason. If you do not do so when requested, a moderator will do it and you will receive an infraction.

-

Failure to abide by these rules may result in an editing, negative moderation or deletion of your post. We reserve the right to ban abusers from the site. We reserve the right to change these rules at any time. Also, while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.

General Chat Forum
The General Chat Forum is where Le-cruz members can gather to chat about almost anything, technical or non-technical in nature. If you have a question that doesn't fit into any other forum, or just want to chat, this is the place.

A WARNING TO ALL MEMBERS
Any form of dangerous or illegal driving IS NOT advocated by Redline nor will it be tolerated. There is a user infraction for publicly announcing illegal/dangerous activities within this forum as we know what kind of publicity these actions attract. You will be banned if it occurs again after you have received an infraction. Any form of dangerous driving at a Redline meets will result in a permanent ban.

These rules may seem strict but it is for the benefit of our community and for Redline itself.

Should you have any queries relating to these rules, please do not hesitate to contact Admin or any member of staff

Thanking you
Admin
